Der Interessent kann sich die gewünschte Information selbst auswählen und dann als Fax abrufen.
Die Möglichkeiten reichen hier von Preislisten über Testergebnisse bis hin zu Bauanleitungen und Handbüchern, die dem Kunden oder Interessenten auf diesem Weg zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. Damit sichert sich der Anbieter der Informationen eine 24-Stunden-Erreichbarkeit. Die Kosten trägt dabei der Abrufende.
